On May 18,2022, Winner Medical and PingAn medical in Hunan Lixian Rich Global hotel signed an investment agreement, with about 652 million yuan to Hunan Pingan medical device technology co., LTD. Shareholders of Hunan Pingan medical device technology co., LTD. 65.5528% equity, and use its own capital 100 million yuan to Hunan Pingan medical unilateral capital increase, after the completion of the transaction, Winner medical total investment 752 million yuan in Hunan Pingan medical endowment after 68.7% stake.

       In the future Winner Pingan will be on the basis of digital operation in LiXian, , with intelligent manufacturing as traction, innovation driven as a weapon, adhere to the road of "specialized, new", adhere to solid products, adhere to scientific and technological innovation, industrial service, to create a more healthy, comfortable, environmental protection environment.

       The acquisition is highly consistent with the strategy of building a one-stop solution for medical consumables. The syringe and other products of Hunan PingAn Medical are matched with the Winner medical operating room consumables and wound care products, which can form a variety of combination packages, and finally provide one-stop customized solutions to hospital users. In addition, Hunan PingAn Medical has a leading hospital market share in Hunan Province, while Winner Medical covers a broad national hospital network, and the two sides are highly complementary in domestic hospital channels. The overseas business of Winner Medical covers more than 110 countries, which can enable Hunan PingAn Medical to strengthen domestic and overseas sales. 

       To support Hunan Pingan medical business development in the future, Winner medical and the Lixian county people's government of Hunan province signed a letter of intent, in addition to the acquisition of Hunan Pingan medical control and capital, the company plans to promote after delivery of Hunan Pinag medical as an investment agreement with the Hunan province people's government, for the construction of medical device production line, intelligent warehouse, building and other facilities, the total investment of about 700 million yuan (The final actual investment shall prevail).
