On February 12, the Steady & Safe 2025 Annual Awards Ceremony and New Year’s Celebration was successfully held in a warm and festive atmosphere. All colleagues gathered together, experiencing both the solemnity of a moment of honor and the lighthearted joy of laughter and merriment.

Leaders’ Remarks: Both High-Altitude Vision and Warmth

The celebration officially kicked off with a speech by Mr. Zheng Datian, the founder and Vice Chairman. As soon as Datian took the stage, he got straight to the point without any lengthy introductions: “In 2025, we’ll strive side by side and reap abundant rewards; in 2026, I hope everyone will seize the momentum and stay committed to long-term success.” The audience erupted into understanding applause—everyone had clearly heard the leader’s expectations, and the enthusiasm for the Year of the Horse was fully recharged. Next, Mr. Luo Ping, Executive Deputy General Manager, took the stage and delivered a report packed with concrete insights, systematically reviewing our achievements in 2025 and clearly outlining our course of action for 2026. There was no empty rhetoric—only solid, practical planning. As his colleagues listened, they quietly began mentally drafting their New Year work plans—when the direction is right, every step becomes steady and sure.

A Moment of Glory: Every effort deserves to be recognized.

“On ordinary posts, we see our original aspirations; on the path of struggle, we shine with glory.” As the host’s words came to an end, the award ceremony officially kicked off. The awards for excellence were announced first. The winners walked onto the stage from their respective departments—no grand speeches, just steady, down-to-earth steps. The moment they took hold of their trophies, their smiles spoke volumes: “It was worth it.” The third-place, second-place, and first-place awards were presented in succession. If the first two honors recognized breakthroughs and a sense of responsibility, then the recipients of the first prize truly demonstrated—with tangible achievements—that they are the backbone driving the company’s development. As the host read out the list of winners, she deliberately slowed her pace—after all, this honor deserved to be heard loud and clear by everyone in the room. When the award for Outstanding Manager was presented, heartfelt applause erupted from the audience. Leading a team is never easy, yet these managers have done just that. The appearance of model production teams and benchmark teams transformed individual glory into collective pride. QCC quality improvement teams, outstanding sales teams, top-performing teams in terms of per capita efficiency and quality... One team after another stepped onto the stage—not “teams from other companies,” but role models right here among us. The Group’s Excellence Award was personally presented by President Datian himself. In the group photo, the slightly upturned corners of the winners’ lips concealed the year’s hard work and the relief they felt at this very moment.

Showtime: We work really hard, but we also take our playtime seriously.

If the award ceremony represents the glorious highlight, then the performance segment is undoubtedly the “atmosphere-maker” of the annual meeting. The Production Department took the stage first, delivering a medley of dances titled “I Believe,” instantly igniting the entire venue. It turns out that the focus they normally exhibit on the assembly line seamlessly transitions into dynamic, rhythmic movements on stage—no contradiction at all. The Finance and Supply Chain teams joined forces to present their own adapted version of “Sudden Self.” Usually immersed in numbers and financial reports, these team members picked up guitars and grabbed microphones, unexpectedly exuding an air of artistic flair. Finally, the Quality Assurance Department closed the show with the dance “Charge Ahead.” Their synchronized moves and passionate energy seemed to echo the company’s 2026 declaration: “Full-speed ahead—we’re ready!”

Lucky Draw: Your heart races—good luck is on its way!

If there’s one moment during the entire event that was the most “unsteady,” it has to be the raffle draw.

There are 30 lucky winners. Director Tian Jie from the Technology Department calls out, “Let’s begin!” Names flash rapidly across the screen, and the entire audience holds its breath. The winning colleagues sprint onto the stage at a pace that rivals the frantic rush to grab train tickets at year-end.

Ten winners of the third prize—Quality Director Hu Saizhi took to the stage to draw the names. Someone in the audience teased: “Director Hu must have great luck; he’s bound to pick my name!”

Five winners of the second prize took the stage, and amid applause, enthusiastic calls of “General Luo, pick me, pick me!” could be heard.

Two first-prize winners were announced personally by President Datian himself. As the two lucky winners stepped onto the stage amid envious gazes from the entire audience, at that very moment, they became the most envied people in the entire company.
