Experience of Participating in the National Private Enterprise Party Organization Secretary Training Demonstration Class
Through the study and training of the non-public economic party committee secretary organized by the Central Organization Department, the Central United Front Work Department, and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce in Daqing Party School in the past few days, the following points have been gained.
First, we have a more in-depth and comprehensive understanding of Daqing spirit and iron man spirit. In the past, know Daqing and iron man is a model of hard work, hard work. Now, I have seen the examples of Daqing people's work excellence and the three old and four strict styles. I know that Daqing and Iron Man are also models of scientific and realistic. Daqing spirit and iron man spirit are the spiritual treasures of our Chinese nation, which need us to learn, inherit and carry forward forever.
Second, we have a deeper understanding of the status and role of private economy and private enterprises. At present, the proportion of private economy in China's economy and society, such as paying taxes, GDP and absorbing employment, has reached "56789" (private economy contributes more than 50% of tax revenue, more than 60% of GDP, more than 70% of technological innovation achievements, more than 80% of urban labor employment, and more than 90% of the number of enterprises), which fully shows that the position of private economy is very important and indispensable. Last year, General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered four important speeches on the private economy and private enterprises in less than 50 days, which is enough to show that the Party Central Committee attaches importance to the private economy and private enterprises, and cares for and cares for private entrepreneurs.
Third, it has strengthened its determination and confidence in doing a good job in party building in private enterprises. The private economy is so important, and the Party Central Committee and General Secretary Xi attach so much importance to the private economy. Our party must enter the field of private economy in all aspects, master the political guidance of private enterprises, and ensure its forward direction and healthy development. Through this training, we further learned the theories, methods and skills of doing a good job in party building in private enterprises. Have the determination and confidence to do a better job of party building and let the enterprise step up to a new level.
In addition, I deeply feel that the training schedule and curriculum are of high quality, high level, well-organized and strict discipline. It is a process of learning from the iron man around the iron man, learning from Daqing with Daqing spirit, and learning and practicing Xi Jinping's new era thought with practical actions.
